O’DWYER RESIDENCE

A 2 level in-law quarters in Fort Lauderdale, this structure was installed in 10 days utilizing ABP light gauge steel wall panels, floor trusses and roof trusses. This building survived a tornado which tore through the grounds during hurricane Irma in 2017. The owners stayed in this structure during the storm and there was no damage to the building at all while the main house and trees on the property where torn apart. The main house was built by a previous owner and not made of light gauge steel.
